Cylinder of the extruder melts homo polypropylene to extrude by injecting gas and mixing resin and gas and to produce foam resin and sheet shaped foam resin by dies.

The PP non-crosslinked foam product for recycling has been applied to patent to replace crosslinked products and to be environment-friendly.
